It’s March 26th in Chicago, snow is in the forecast, but remarkably, Liam and Miles are able to be outside with their coats unbuttoned/unzipped!

Colette, you are absolutly right to say that wasn’t fair. Your prize is you don’t have to wear a coat at all in March! OK, I’ll throw in Feb as well!!!
