We’v e skiied 2 days at buttermilk and love it! I don’t have action shots yet for fear of dropping my camera in the snow!

This is me smiling because 1) my cholesterol levels are down and 2) all work is submitted for my fall classes. Assuming I pass both classes, I am 1/4 of the way through graduate school! Lesson learned from all this is that hard work and exercise gets results. And that Rick Bayless’s Mexican recipes are so good you won’t even miss the cheese.

Miles had the day off school yesterday so myself and him went to lincoln park zoo which while cold and quiet, was a lot of fun. We built up quite an appetite and decided to go to smoque for lunch. It was great, Miles thought their bbq ribs were better than mine (last time I’ll bring him anywhere!) [slideshow]
