Mum and Dad visit Sawyer

It was the first trip to Chicago in a while, but we started it off with something new, a week down in Sawyer, enjoying lots of 30c/80f days, some great fall harvest fruit and vegetables, and cool evenings to enjoy sunsets and swims!

There were lots of arguments as to what was the nicest beach sunset, but we’ll let you decide for yourselves, as in the end they were all pretty good!

We also had some fun outings to the lighthouses of St Joe, the botanic gardens in Fernwood, the antique stores of Three Oaks, and the seaside resort of New Buffalo! But I think one of the biggest hits was the visit to the pumpkin patch and corn maize!

While there was some initial hesitations , things got pretty decadent with an almost daily hot tub habit developing!

How long before one of these shows up in the Close!
