After a Boxing Day / Christmas Day skype with nana and and grandpa, we went for morning coffee with Colette, Colman and Rory on the beach at Coogee. Then while CC&R went back home to watch the cricket, we walked from Coogee to Bondi. From the quick intro we got into the lifestyle of a cricket supporter, it sounds like supporting the team is compatible with a nice afternoon nap!

Way out on the horizon, see the yachts? They are racing to Hobart, Tasmania, today. 
From Bondi we took the bus back to Coogee and were ready to watch some cricket ourselves!
We call those flowers cannas. They generally come in red and orange colors. Nice beach! Looks like a lovely brick walkway, too.
Ah, cannas. It’s such a treat to get an extra summer – tomatoes are in season and flowers are blooming!
