Luckily for this street, the wind blew the tree away from the houses, lots of branches down around the neighborhood

Which street is that? I’m really glad that didn’t fall on your house or anyone else’s house!
It looks like a nasty storm passed your way over night-that was some tree to be blown down.
Wow it’s really snapped apart – lucky it fell out into the street.
It was a really intense storm! Liam got home about 5 mins before it started, so that was a relief. It happened on a Friday evening around 6, seemingly right after the street crews who would normally clear fallen trees left work for the long weekend — there are still a lot of trees and branches in the streets. This tree fell on Haddon Street, 2 blocks north of us.
Wow, that’s great it didn’t fall on someone’s house. And it looks like it didn’t fall on anyone’s car either. That would have been a bummer too. I’m glad Liam made it home safely before the storm!
