22 hours in Tokyo

Tokyo was amazing.  I limted myself to four hours sleep to make the most of my time there, but all I want to do know is come back again.  Manhattan meets Asia, with so many different types of people, and some very cool neighborhoods.  Icing on the cake was staying in the same hotel as was featured in "Lost in Translation," (don’t know what Bill Murray was so glum about).  Below are some pics, from left to right, the view of Mt Fuji from my hotel window, cool Japanesse folk, and the very helpful Professor of Design that I met at the KDDI store (beside one of his student’s design for a space age composter), the ultra-cool KDDI Design store cafe, the ultra-confusing Tokyo subway system (got lost in here so often) and more cook Japanesse folk (all from the hip Shibuyo neighborhood).  17032006624 17032006640    17032006663 1703200667017032006633 17032006641
