We forgot to mention that while we were down in Urbana Champaign yesterday, we also had a chance to see the house that Liam and his friends will be moving into next year. Liam is excited to have his own room, access to private bathroom and a kichen, so he doesn’t need to rely on the canteen hours in the dorm!!

Thanks, all! It’s a private rental. Earlier this year, Liam and several of his friends from his residence hall decided they’d like to all be roommates together next year, and they found this place and signed a lease for next year. Funny that it looks like it’s out of a film! His college town reminds me a lot of Lawrence, Kansas, where I lived in similar housing. Also like Lawrence, all the streets in that neighborhood are named after US states. He’ll be living on California. In Lawrence, I lived for a while on Vermont and later on Louisiana.
