Hancock tower

This week I finally moved into the Hancock Tower, a big open office space, really modern with great views of the lake from my desk on the 22nd floor. No more office for me, but a far nicer office environment, with a supermarket on the 44th floor, restaurants in the basement, so really convenient.

Can’t wait for the air and water show

  1. That’s such a nice office, John! Beautiful view! The John Hancock Building is an iconic part of the Chicago skyline, too.

  2. Excellent view. We’re moving offices in Oct and are going to go from 20th to 6/7th floor which won’t be much fun! Interested to see your desk lay out as I think that’s what we’re moving to as well although we’re all pushing hard for a more L shape!

  3. Mom — We’re not sure what exactly the building is called! Hancock is in there somewhere. And Colette — are you moving buildings as well or floors within the building? Yeah I was surprised to see how communal the space is too! Maybe you need a junket trip to Chicago to do some research on the layout of the office!
