Thanks! Kids here stay in their grade school until 8th grade, then they go to high school for 4 years. There are a few academic centers attached to high schools where kids can go starting in 7th grade and take an accelerated program for 7th and 8th grade, then get automatic acceptance into that high school at 9th grade. Miles got into one of them – not the one at Liam’s current school – but another school we really like. So he’s excited and a bit nervous to be leaving his current group of friends, but one of his best friends is also going, so that makes it very nice! And he won’t need to apply for high school, whoo hoo!
