Congratulations to Liam, NHS member and Greenhouse Manager!

We’re so proud of Liam! He was inducted in to the National Honor Society branch at his high school in a ceremony on Tuesday evening. For readers unfamiliar with NHS, it’s a national organization in the US (and according to Wikipedia, other countries too! Did not know that!) established in 1921, that recognizes students based on scholarship, leadership, character and service.

This reporter was hoping to also get a photo of Liam in his nice clothes by the greenhouse at school, to nicely capture the other piece of news: he’s been appointed Greenhouse Manager for the next school year! But we had some issues getting that concept cleared by everyone, and settled for a photo in our own garden. Maybe this means Liam will also help manage the jungle in the back yard 🙂

  1. Congratulations on your induction into NHS, Liam! Also that is great that you were appointed Greenhouse Manager. I have heard it said that before one rules the world, he should begin by taking care of a small garden. You’re on your way, Liam!

  2. Congrats Liam-well done and good luck as Greenhouse Manager for year ahead.

  3. Way to go, Liam! Great picture of you in the garden too! Hope you all have a great time down under (:
